Scilons regularly breach trading regulations - specifically the Consumer Protection From Unfair Trading Regulations 2008:

Definitely in breach of banned practice 17 - "(17) Falsely claiming that a product is able to cure illnesses, dysfunction or malformations."

Possibly in breach of banned practice 30 - "(30) Explicitly informing a consumer that if he does not buy the product or service, the trader’s job or livelihood will be in jeopardy." w/stress test results

Constantly in breach of misleading section 7.6 - by claiming Scientology is a religion when it is not recognized in the UK. Also claiming that the payment is a donation when you cannot pay less than the asking price.

Section 7.12 - not providing essential info that effects a consumers decision to purchase a product. They do not tell people that the theory of dianetics relies on the theory of LORD XENU. MAJOR omission that would definitely effect someones decision to buy dianetics.

Section 7.17 is not telling people how much a product truly costs - ie how much it costs to reach CLEAR.
